Colliers struggled with the lack of space and insufficient plans spaces for real estate company. In Design workplace research results showed that flexibile space can be arranged. It means that there are more areas for internal meetings, informal working areas, quiet work areas. There is also the possibility to give up individual private offices in order to enhance and encourage team work and integration.
Workers do not have assigned workstations. They choose the spaces they want to work in depending on the type of task they carry out.
