The purpose of Prima Poland was to revolutionize workers’ ways of thinking and to support their creativity and communication. Prima Poland wanted to switch from traditional office with rooms. The requirements have been met based on the detailed analysis of workers’ needs.
While choosing the new building it was important to have the possibility to create an entirely open plan. The custom designed furniture in open space deploys workers in groups and as a result the collaboration is facilitated. There are all the elements of modern office space in the office.
